Any purchase or manufacturing engagement is governed solely by a written quotation, proforma invoice (PI), purchase order acceptance, or other contract signed or expressly confirmed by us.

The Site is intended for business users seeking OEM / ODM manufacturing and related services. You represent that you are using the Site in a commercial capacity.

4. Intellectual property

Text, photographs, graphics, logos, product designs, layout and other materials on the Site are owned by SINNIKO or used under licence. You may view and download materials for internal business evaluation only. You may not copy, scrape, republish, redistribute, or use Site content to train machine-learning models without our prior written consent.

Brand names or product references belonging to third parties, if mentioned, are for descriptive context only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

When you submit an enquiry or send artwork, specifications or references, you confirm that you have the right to share those materials and that they do not infringe third-party rights. We treat confidential project materials as business confidential and use them only to evaluate and develop your request, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes arising from use of the Site shall be submitted to the competent courts of Qinzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China, unless mandatory consumer or data-protection rules in your country require otherwise for that limited subject matter.
