This policy explains how we process personal data when you visit sinnikocrafts.com, submit an enquiry form, or email us. Our customers are primarily brand owners, distributors, agencies and procurement teams in Europe, the United Kingdom, North America and other overseas markets. This website is not directed at children under 16.

Through the enquiry form on this website, we collect the information you choose to submit:

• Company — company or brand name
• Email — work email address
• Estimated quantity — indicative order quantity, if provided
• Liked products — products you selected on this website (included with the enquiry; you may remove items before submitting)
• Project brief — your project notes (for example product type, materials, budget, delivery timing and customisation requirements)

On certain other enquiry forms on this Site, you may also choose to provide country / market and your role. If you email us directly, we also process the content of that correspondence and any specifications, artwork or reference files you attach.

We do not run third-party advertising or analytics pixels on this website at present. Hostinger, our hosting provider, may process standard server logs (such as IP address, user agent and requested URL) for security and technical operation.

4. Why we use your data (purposes and legal bases)

• Responding to enquiries, quotations and sampling — steps prior to entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); UK GDPR equivalent).
• Administering orders, quality records and export documentation — contract performance and legal obligations under applicable Chinese and international trade rules (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c)).
• Protecting our systems against spam and abuse — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell personal data, rent contact lists, or add enquirers to marketing or promotional mailing lists. We use your details only to handle the business relationship you initiate.

We share data only with processors needed to operate this website and our business:

• Hostinger — website hosting and business email (Carol@sinnikocrafts.com)
• Web3Forms — enquiry form delivery to our Hostinger mailbox
• Where an order proceeds: freight forwarders, customs agents or payment providers, solely as required to fulfil that order

We require these parties to process personal data only on our instructions and with appropriate safeguards.

We are based in China. Because we serve customers in the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom, Europe and North America, personal data you submit may be transferred to China and may also be processed by providers located outside your country (including the United States for Web3Forms).
